As you know, the SIAM DS conference will be held in Denver, CO in May. As you make travel plans, please consider attending the following satellite event:
A one-day workshop on stochastic oscillators to be hosted by the Department of Applied Math and Statistics at Colorado School of Mines on Friday, May 16. This workshop will feature lectures by Peter Thomas (Case Western Reserve University) and will include opportunities for participation. The Mines campus is less than a 30 minute drive from the SIAM DS conference hotel, and the workshop registration fee of $75 will include parking as well as coffee breaks and lunch!
