Two PhD scholarship positions are available with the Institute of Fundamental Sciences at Massey University in Palmerston North, New Zealand.
The PhD research will be part of the project: "Organised chaos: Using geometry to explain robust chaotic dynamics in switched dynamical systems", lead by David Simpson. This project is funded by the Royal Society of New Zealand (Marsden grant: 18-MAU-017).
The scholarships cover all tuition fees for international and domestic students and includes a tax-free stipend of NZ$27,500 annually for up to three years.
The deadline for applications is March 1, 2019.
