The Nonlinear and Complex Systems Lab. (NCSL) is an interdisplinary laboratory for the study of chaos and coherent structures in nonlinear and complex systems at the Department of Physics and the Department of Mathematics at the Pohang University of Science & Technology (POSTECH) in Pohang, Korea. Main research areas include: nonlinear dynamics and chaos in coupled nonlinear oscillator networks, localization in nonlinear dynamical networks, biophysics of neurons and neuronal networks, stochastic resonance and stochastic transport, and applications of nonlinear time series analysis. The NCSL is also associated with the Complex Systems Research Program at the Basic Science Research Institute and Brain Research Center at POSTECH.

Graduate study and undergraduate summer employment is also available for Korean students.
