This group is a part of the Department of Mathematics at Boston University. Currently, seven faculty members and a good number of graduate students are listed as a part of the group. Their research includes
Boundary controllability of linear partial differential equations and application of boundary controllability to the inverse source problem; especially, boundary controllability of Maxwell's equations and wave equation with dissipation and in the presence of inhomogeneous medium.
Hamiltonian Systems, Symplectic Maps, Twist maps, periodic solutions of high dimensional annuli maps, geometric topology, genetics and molecular biology.
Neurodynamics, particularly synchrony and suppression in networks of mutually inhibitory neurons, Dynamics of Rational Maps of 2x2 Matrices, Mediatrices and Brillouin Zones.
