The research group of Hildegard Meyer-Ortmanns working on complex systems at Constructor University, Bremen, Germany, invites applications for a postdoctoral position for 2 years. The project is on the role of topology in nonlinear oscillatory systems and supported by the German research foundation.
Starting date is preferably in spring 2024.
The candidate should have a PhD in theoretical physics or applied mathematics, proven expertise in at least one or more of the following fields: nonlinear dynamics, theoretical condensed matter physics, statistical mechanics; strong interest in analytical approaches as well as numerical tools, bifurcation analyses, and in stochastic systems.
