DSWeb Dynamical Systems Software aims to collect all available software on dynamical systems theory. This project was originally launched during the special year Emerging Applications of Dynamical Systems, 1997/1998, at the Institute for Mathematics and its Applications. The information here includes functionality, platforms, languages, references, and contacts.

The Brain Dynamics Toolbox is an open-source Matlab toolbox for solving initial-value problems in custom systems of Ordinary Differential Equations (ODEs), Delay Differential Equations (DDEs), Stochastic Differential Equations (SDEs) and Partial Differential Equations (PDEs). It is for students and researchers who wish to explore dynamical models in neuroscience and related fields.

Toolbox Basics is an online training course for the Brain Dynamics Toolbox. It is a beginner-level course that uses short video lectures (about 15 minutes each) to train new users in less than 2 hours. Participants learn how to install the toolbox and run the example models. As well as to visualise the simulation outputs in different ways using the display panels. They learn how how to control the simulation using both the graphical interface and matlab workspace commands. Upon completion of the course, participants can automate a parameter sweep and produce a bifurcation diagram. The course is hosted on the toolbox website (https://bdtoolbox.org). Enrolment is free.
