DSWeb Dynamical Systems Software aims to collect all available software on dynamical systems theory. This project was originally launched during the special year Emerging Applications of Dynamical Systems, 1997/1998, at the Institute for Mathematics and its Applications. The information here includes functionality, platforms, languages, references, and contacts.

Scholarpedia of Dynamical Systems

By Eugene M. Izhikevich
Print

The Encyclopedia of Dynamical Systems will be used as a seed to create an Encyclopedia of Applied Mathematics. The expansion of Scholarpedia toward the entire field of applied mathematics will rely on students and postdocs to pair up with the world's greatest experts to contribute peer-reviewed articles that cover encyclopedic topics missing in the current encyclopedia.

We encourage junior members of SIAM to recruit senior experts to co-author articles in Scholarpedia. To contribute an article, the authors need their article (a) get sponsored based on the expertise of the senior author, (b) written, (c) peer-reviewed, and (d) accepted by the existing curators of Scholarpedia.

Eugene M. Izhikevich - editor-in-chief of Scholarpedia, the peer-reviewed open-access encyclopedia.
