DSWeb Dynamical Systems Software aims to collect all available software on dynamical systems theory. This project was originally launched during the special year Emerging Applications of Dynamical Systems, 1997/1998, at the Institute for Mathematics and its Applications. The information here includes functionality, platforms, languages, references, and contacts.

SIAM conference on Applications of Dynamical Systems 2011: Impressions from Snowbird

The biannual SIAM `Snowbird' Conference on Applications of Dynamical Systems was held May 22 - 26, 2011 in Snowbird, Utah, outside of Salt Lake City. Steve Schecter gives his impressions.

SIAM Conference on Applied Dynamical Systems

The SIAM Conference on Applied Dynamical Systems took place from 22-26 May 2005. This is arguably one of the broadest and most important meetings for mathematicians, engineers and scientists interested in nonlinear dynamics and its interdisciplinary applications.

SIAM Conferences, Reinvented

Richard Moore describes the ways in which SIAM conferences are adapting in the COVID-19 world.

SIAM DS 2021 is moving to Portland!

Andrew J. Bernoff, Chair DS SIAG, talks about the new location for the SIAM DS 2021 conference.

A brief overview of another great Snowbird conference.

Snowbird Meeting Turns Chaotic

At the recent SIAM Conference on Dynamical Systems, several hundred attendees attempted to replicate an excitable system by organizing into a human spiral wave. Georgia Tech graduate student Andrea Welsh, who helped to direct the efforts, reports on the results of the experiment, including a video of the event.

Snowbird Organizing Committee

The Organizing Committee has been chosen for the SIAM Conference on Applications of Dynamical Systems to be held May 17-21, 2009 in Snowbird, Utah.
