MATDS
MATDS is a MATLAB-based program for dynamical system investigation. It will be MATLAB-version of the DESIR program.
Current version is 1.0 beta.
Main features of current version:
- Graphical user interface and definition of dynamical systems (ODEs)
- Numerical integration of ODE system with standard MATLAB ODE-suite and Runge-Kutta methods of height accuracy
- Vector field visualization
- Volume visualization
- Equilibria analysis
In the near future the following features will be included in the program:
- Maps
- Periodic trajectory finding
- Continuation algorithms
- Poincare map
- Lyapunov values
