Charles Morgan has taken over the duties as the book reviews editor from Robert Ghrist.  Charles finished his Ph.D. in dynamical systems at Michigan State University in 2003 under the direction of Sheldon Newhouse.  He is currently at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
