The newly elected officers and advisory board members are:

	Chair: Hans Kaper Georgetown University
	Vice Chair: Mariana Haragus Université de Franche-Comté
	Program Director: Charles Doering University of Michigan
	Secretary/Treasurer: Lennaert van Veen University of Ontario Institute of Technology

The terms of the new officers starts January first 2012 and is for two years. As the new Secretary/Treasurer, Lennaert van Veen will take over as Editor-in-Chief of DSWeb Magazine, and Peter van Heijster from Boston University will replace him as Portal Editor in Chief.
Charles Doering will co-organise the next Snowbird meeting with George Haller of McGill University.

Due to an oversight in the election process, no new members of the Advisory Board were elected. The newly elected officers are in the process of inviting new board members and a further announcement will follow in the April issue.
